Peakstone Digital ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, our client dashboard (Summit), and our communications, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and business name you submit.
- Project details: your website, the services you're interested in, and messages you send us.
- Client account data: information needed to operate your services and dashboard, such as lead, call, booking, and campaign data.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and site usage data collected through cookies and similar tools.
2. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and onboard new clients
- To deliver, manage, and report on the services you purchase
- To send service updates, appointment reminders, and support messages
- To improve our website and services
- To comply with legal requirements
3. SMS terms
If you opt in, Peakstone Digital may send text messages about your inquiry, onboarding, appointments, and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting, scheduling, payment, and communication tools), with our parent company Moonmilk Labs LLC as needed to deliver services, or when required by law. This never includes SMS opt-in data or phone numbers for marketing purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or opt out of non-essential communications, by emailing team@peakstonedigital.com.
