Welcome to Peakstone Digital, a brand operated by Moonmilk Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing or using our website, our client dashboard (Summit), or our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website, submitting a form, engaging our services, or using Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy & SMS Terms. Peakstone Digital is a brand of Moonmilk Labs LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Use of website and services
Our website and platforms are provided for informational and commercial use related to Peakstone Digital's services (operated by Moonmilk Labs LLC), including website design and development, Meta and Google advertising, lead response and appointment booking, social media management, and client reporting through Summit. You may not use this site or any related systems for unlawful purposes or in any way that may harm Peakstone Digital, Moonmilk Labs LLC, our clients, users, or affiliates.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Peakstone Digital website, including images, logos, designs, text, and documents, is the property of Moonmilk Labs LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are governed by the individual service agreement between Moonmilk Labs LLC and the client.
4. Pricing and service information
We strive to keep all pricing and service information accurate and up to date. However, rates, packages, and service offerings may change without notice. Quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated on them. We reserve the right to decline or modify engagements due to pricing errors, scope changes, or availability.
5. Timelines, deliverables, and results
Estimated timelines and launch dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials, account access, or credentials needed to complete the work. Marketing results, such as leads, calls, bookings, traffic, or sales, depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
6. Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms, including CRM, hosting, advertising, scheduling, payment, and messaging providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, ad account restrictions, or other actions taken by these third parties. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from our fees unless your agreement states otherwise.
7. Client accounts and Summit
Only authorized users may access Summit and other client systems. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at team@peakstonedigital.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Communications and SMS
If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Peakstone Digital about your inquiry, onboarding, appointments, and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. 9. Limitation of liability
Peakstone Digital and Moonmilk Labs LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, deliverables, or systems, including project delays, third-party platform errors, campaign performance, or misuse of information.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within Florida.
